At BAO – Balades & Aventures Outdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If an item does not suit you, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

How to make a return?

Before any return, please contact us at the address indicated on our Contact page, specifying:

• your first and last name;

• your order number;

• the item(s) concerned;

• your return request.

We will then provide you with the necessary instructions and the address to which to return your product.

Please do not return your package directly to the supplier's address or to an address on the packaging without having received our return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

• in its original condition;

• unused and undamaged beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and proper functioning;

• with its possible accessories;

• in its original packaging when reasonably possible.

You are responsible for the proper protection of the product during its return.

Return costs

Except in the case of a defective, damaged, non-conforming product or an error on our part, return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you use a shipping method that allows package tracking and keep your proof of shipment until your return is fully processed.

Damaged or non-conforming product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the product and its packaging so that we can quickly review the situation.

Depending on the case, we may offer you an adapted solution: replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will inform you of its processing.

When the refund is accepted, it is made via the payment method used during the order, within the deadlines provided by the applicable regulations.

The time for the refund to appear in your account may then vary depending on your bank or payment institution.

Exchanges

If you wish to change the size, model or color, contact us before any return so that we can indicate the procedure to follow.

The availability of the new item cannot be guaranteed before your request is processed.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, we cannot guarantee its cancellation. You can nevertheless exercise your right of withdrawal after receipt, in accordance with the conditions indicated above.
