📦 Delivery times

Our orders are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days after your order is confirmed.

Most of our orders arrive within the first few days of this period, but we prefer to provide you with a realistic timeframe that accounts for preparation, shipping, and delivery of your package.

These times are indicative and may be exceptionally extended in case of high activity, difficulties encountered by the carrier, or circumstances beyond our control.

🚚 Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the content and total amount of your order.

The exact amount of shipping costs is indicated before the validation and payment of your order so that you can review it before your purchase.

🔎 Order tracking

When tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be communicated to you so you can follow the delivery of your package.

Depending on the carrier used, there may be a delay before the first tracking information appears.

📦 Multiple products in your order?

To offer you various equipment for your walks and adventures, some items from the same order may exceptionally be shipped separately.

You may therefore receive several packages a few days apart, with no additional costs related to this separation.

Don't worry: this does not mean an item has been forgotten. 🐶

⏳ My order is delayed

If your order has not arrived after the announced delivery time, please contact us with your order number.

Our team will then be able to check the situation and assist you with the necessary steps.
